when we moved in here in april, we were told that there was A/C..in fact there maybe an A/C unit in your apartment, but it doesn't nessasarilly work. today is the 13th day in a row that it has been over 90 degrees in our apartment. when managment is contacted, they say it's like that in all upstairs units, because of the lack of insulation. she is right because upon visiting a neighbor, who happens to live downstairs, i discover that it was a cool 74 degrees. now is it fair that we both pay $721/month in rent' shouldn't this have been told to us before we signed our lease'
