I came here thought that it was a nice place to live. They kept it up nice the people in the office seemed to be nice and then I relized after a couple of months that they were only nice to get your money and that's all that they do is keeping up the outside to get you to rent here. I moved in with somethings wrong with this place they are still not fixed. I moved in aug of 2006. At thanksgiving my fridge went out I could not even get them to come look at it. It took alot of messages and a week and a half with NO fridge and they would not give me money for all the food that I lost. On christmas some kids(which there is 100 of them) here broke my front window and it took 4 months for them to fix and they kept telling me that it would take ahile to make the window. When the people that came to put a new one in they said that they had it a week later'''' The manager still won't talk about why she lied but she forgot. Now my new problem is my A/C dosen't work and they came out 4 times and say the same thing "It has to warm up" I live on the bottom and it dosen't cut off it just runs with no air. Ok after it ran all day I had a $200.00 electric bill. So I refuse to live like this and ended my lease they charged me $700 dollars and since I ended in the middle if the month i'm charged with a exrta 200 dollars. I hate living here the kids here sit on your cars place there bikes on your car. They only speak spanish and I don't speak that. If your reading this and think that I'm making this up I PROMOISE you i'm not!!!! When i moved in they drilled me about if I sell drugs and if I did I will be kicked out. But you can walk outside and see people doing drugs. I have called the cops many of times and now they do patroles.I have called the landlord and either the other girls int the office have a attutude or they don't believe me. Come by here at night on a thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday night people are out partying being loud and bassing their music as loud as they can. I have seen cops out here doing warrents and cops stakeing out here for drug deals. if you wanna live in a place full of drug action and rude people then go ahead. but if you are reading this then I would really think about running.
