Well, I really don't know where to start. The first night i was in Auburn Chase, I cried, just about packed up my UHaul and moved my ass back to Minnesota. This place is a pit! We had some really cool neighbors, but then we had a bunch of very rude, disrespectful ones, too. And the kids!! What a nightmare! It was the high school kids we had issues with, sitting on cars, hitting them with different objects, just overall disrespectful! We heard our neighbors TV EVERY NIGHT because she slept with it on, in her room, which was next to our room. We would call Penny, the cops, whoever to solve the problem. Penny just brushed it off, cuz she is lazy, and the cops told us not to call cuz the neighbors would find out it was us, and start harassing us. We were told BY THE POLICE that we should get out ASAP! Now tell you tell me that you would want to live there now! One day, I was in the shower, and as I was coming out of the bathroom, in a towel, I heard a knock, a key go in the lock and the door open. It was Maintenance! How nice, huh' Never did they give you time to open the door yourself. There was only one maintenance worker that was polite. Our toilet was leaking, they came to fix it, and ended up destroying the bathroom. Our old toilet sat in the tub for 2 days and the new toilet looked used and dirty. They tracked mud through the entire apartment. I also remember waking up with a maintenance man, in my bedroom, that's when I started locking the bedroom door. My husband was US Navy, so he wasn't home a lot, and I was always afraid to leave by myself. I never went out at night, cuz there was a stabbing in our parking lot, a murder down from us, it just wasn't safe! There was a man hiding in the bushes, come to find out he was running from the cops, didn't know what he did, but the cops wanted to find him! I had nice clothes STOLEN out of the washer and dryer. I am sorry, but who is that pathetic to steal my pajamas out of the washer! Parking is a nightmare. We would go to North Carolina to visit family and come back that night, and we would have NO WHERE to park. We pay money to live there, these other people think they can do whatever they want, and they don't even live there!!! Also, the pet policy is a joke. There are FULL GROWN pit bulls walking around that place!! Yeah, 25 pounds! That's funny! There were probably 3 familys in one apartment! Our neighbors, I swear, had about 8 people living in their 2 bedroom apartment. Small kids running around with no adult supervision, dogs owned by the neighbor roaming around the parking lot, malnurished. Our dishwasher broke and we called Penny 3 times a week for 6 months before anything was even looked at. It is just a horrible, horrible place. So many drugs, it's scary! Violence, rude people, attempted robberies, shootings, stabbings, just everything you can think of goes on here. For your safety and the safety of your loved ones, don't EVER rent here!!!

OMG my husband was navy too and maintainence did also walk in on me when I was coming out of the shower in a towel...my husband bought me a gun and a taser. Our toilet didnt work very well, but we were afraid to ask them to fix it for all the trouble it would be! And those damn pitbulls...WTF? We laughed our asses off when they sent us the renewal papers.
