Don't Do It!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
Many tenants moved out in 2004 due to the quality of tenants who moved in. Went from very quiet community to a college housing project. Loud music and gunshots became commonplace. Quality of surrounding community is also not that great. One assigned space per apartment but a handful of open spaces for a second car. Staff is helpful and friendly but recent reconstruction project not very efficient.
