They will try to make you pay more and refuse to tell you what you are paying for. They are NOT military friendly and god forbid if you transfer you will be forced to pay something extra. They are money hungry and will try to get whatever they can from you. The upstairs of the townhouse gets NO air conditioning and stay extremly hot. The walls are paper thin. The ladies that work in the office are the rudest, meanest, most horrible people I have ever spoke to. If you ever request to speak with someone other than them they will hang up on you. No matter how nice you are, no matter what you say or do you will get SCREWED if you move in there and you will be treated like crap. Animals run wild and fecal matter is everywhere. While we were there a big fight broke out at a near by section and a car was drove into one of the buildings. NOT SAFE AT ALL !!!!
