I lived in Cambridge for 2 years. For the size at the time it seemed like a great deal. The first year things were okay some issues came up but maintenance was pretty fast on responding. Fast being like atleast 2-5 BUSINESS days. Then something happened I dont know if all of the crew left but something kept tricking the bottom floor electricity to stop working and only because we had been through this several times did we know how to fix it. We called maintenance to fix it and they had a new system set up where you leave a message and NO ONE responds unless its an emergency. I guess no electricity isnt an emergency. No one responded to our complaint about the electricity ever. They have a carbon monoxide detector and it went off one day and continued to go off. I grabbed my puppies and took them outside called the fire department and the maintenance crew. The fire department said it was the battery replaced it, played with my puppies, had a long conversation about life, and then finally left before someone from maintenance ever called! And all they did was call and say they would have someone come by and take a look at it. I said okay and forgot about it and two weeks later a guy came by wondering why I had called since everything was fine. My neighbors were fine.

Good:
It's big you can't beat the size of the bedroom. Lots of closet space and the kitchen is pretty big as well. There is a downstairs and upstairs bathroom in the townhome.

Bad:
Maintenance obviously it was horrible. The blinds were cheap, if you looked at them they broke. By the second year we had mice. Yes MICE!! I am terrified of them so I called over and over to have them fix this. FIRST, they put down mice traps and poison. I said this wasnt going to work because I had puppies. Next they set up pest control and they were only available once a week. So if you saw a mouse you'd have to hope the same mouse or its friend would stay in that same place until next Tuesday otherwise they put something on your door that says they saw nothing. The claimed to spray but again no good. Finally they took something that looked foil and stuffed it into the whole where the mice AND ROACHES were coming in from but that was only one hole. There was another behind the oven they didnt bother touching. And also when we moved out they had a list of complaints that we ended up paying for. Many were issues we had upon arrival but we were so over them we paid them quickly to never have to deal with them again.
