Neighborhood is decent and the parking is good.

I have lived out here for a year and not had any problems. We have received letters about issues (ie: break ins) however it has not happened to me personally. Management is helpful. Maintenance is good, although sometimes it can take longer than it should to have something fixed.

Good price and location. The apartments are large.

Overall, I am satisfied and will probably renew my lease, unless I find something better for cheaper.

This the worst place I have ever lived. The staff is rude and the police are always called out there for break-ins and gangs. I would not recommended anyone living there and there are to high for a run down place. I know I will look for better apartments and a safer place for me and my family.
