If you in are rush for an apartment and really don't care as long as you got some where to stay then this is the perfect spot for you. Maintenance really gets on my nerves they take entirely to long to come and fix something. I have only been living here for about 5 months and we have had entirely to many problems. At first we called about the front door which was hard to open you had to pull the door knob towards you and then turn with key in and also the back door was letting to much wind inside and we told them to come fix it so they so call fixed the front door and it was working for bout 2 wks but then it was hard to open again. They never fix the back door...oh yeah it took them like a week just to come out. Then we called about the water one time and the pipes had froze it took them so long to handle that situation almost the whole day (so we were without water for almost the whole day) then the refrigerator had to be replace because the freezer just stop working and then the dryer started making this loud noise you could hear outside all the way in your car and they came out and did something to it and it still makes a pretty good amount of noise but not that much and the other day they were out working on the water pipes and so happen the cable and stuff cut off and they had cut my line so cox had to come out and fix that i mean it's just to much at this apartment i'm about to break my lease some kind of way and oh yeah my friend is breaking her lease cause she have saw to many water bugs in her apartment and roaches....i have even saw a couple here and i never had roaches in my previous apartment. So if you are planning on staying at these apartment you should look around......SERIOUSLY!!!!
