Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

First off, the exterminator told me I had a severe roach and bug problem. Secondly, I called the cops five times in the course of a year. I suspected the people of living below me even to be dealing drugs. The management is really nice, yet terribly incompetent. There is a lot of foot traffic in the area, so that brings up more security issues. I would HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST living there.
