I am no freaking Algebra teacher, but I can tell you this is not a formula for success.

This place combins Gangsters with low-income housing in fashion.

Gun-shots, drugs, crime, roaches....they are all the rave here. The place is about as cool as AIDS...in fact if you'd like to get HIV live here you can probably contract it.

Oh and stay out of the pool because the little kids leave floaters in there all the time.

That is...if the pool's even open. I think it was open 3 times while I lived there.

My Cousin DIED in that apartment from DOUBLE PNUEMONIA! The mold was rampid and they did nothing. A health inspector even came out to check and sure enough...dun dun dun!! MOLD! My cousin was 24 YEAR OLD.
