I lived here for almost a year. When I moved in the manager was a joke but then a new manager came in along with a new police officer they started cleaning the neighborhood up. The manager has now left and so has the police officer. It is going to get bad again because it is obvious that the new manager doesn't care, she is hardly ever at work. She is always gone can't get a hold of her. I am glad that I just moved out. Maintenance is also very poor, they don't fix things very well and often have to come back multiple times to get it done.

Well, it's kind of funny that this review was given March 24, 2005 & the new manager was only transferred in the beginning of March. For you to even know there was a new manager that fast is amazing! But I guess you stared out the window everyday & watch people like you had nothing better to do! Most adults have to wake-up & go to work everyday & wouldnt have time to watch anyone else but I guess that's why welfare was started. The next time you stalk someone maybe you should keep it to yourself cause it makes you look crazy. GET A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!
