THE PLACE TO LIVE IS CHELSEA

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
We stayed here while our house was being rebuilt due to hurrican Isabelle.
And we enjoyed every minute of it. Office staff was on top of everything. Maintenance was very responsive on issues. If I ever had to live in a Apartment community again it will be at Chelsea at Lee Hall.
I recommend them to anybody who will ask about an apartment.
