I absolutely love Chelsea at Lee Hall. I've been here for 1.5 years. It's been fabulous. The maintenance people have been great. I had a problem with my a/c and they fixed it the same day I called. The managers have been great. They're really nice and have been really helpful. They're one of few apartment complexes in the area that are okay with me having birds as pets. The price is reasonable, especially for the quality. The apartments are in great condition. The view of the Mansion is absolutely amazing!

The only problem I've had is noisy neighbors, but I wouldn't fault the complex for their issues.
