We have lived in our apartment for about a year. (cannot wait to get out) Yes, The landscaping is Gorgeous but thats is the end of any pleasnt expirence. For one, the prices are OUTRAGEOUS. we live in a 456 sq.ft apartment, we pay $780 a month. There is never any parking, and they have bug problems. i would have to say they come into our apartment atleast twice a month for routine "Improvments". and not to mention they dont even acheive there goal. altho i must say the matinence staff is wonderful, its not their fault the managment are idiots. DONT LIVE HERE IT ISNT WORTH THE HASTLE...

they don't even have a 456 sq ft apartment!!!! we rented the smallest one and it was $585 then we moved up to the next size 720 sq ft. for $655.
