Cons: Parking was difficult, and the management was TERRIBLE. Management was unreasonable and seemed to spend all of their time watching over the tenants for breaking rules. Management handed out warnings and notices all the time. don't fall for the first year special b/c the rental increases are exorbitant. Pet rent was expensive and they couldn't even provide disposal bags on the property grounds regularly. Pro: good with repairs.
