The biggest beef i had was the visual promises the complex offered. The pool is unheated and the bbq grill located on it's pool deck is illegal to use because of the useless wooden trendle that covers it. The other bbq grills are in water logged areas where masses of mosqitos eat you alive. the Gym is a joke with only one working peace of equipment - a treadmill from the early 70's, the bike's pedels are broken, and half the wires on the weight machine are broken.

Beware of you apt. actuall location on premisses - close to the dog bags- smells of dog ----. Close to the Garbage bin, rotting garbage reeks into the aptments. And Safty is non-existant! three nights in a row 10-15 cars were broken into and nothing was done to notify the fellow renters- but look out if you have something they don't like on your balcony! and immediate notice will show.

The best thing of the place is the freindlyness of the maintance staff!
