The management is terrible. Beware of the zero security deposit deals. They get you in the end. They charged me for a stain that was not there. When I tried to talk to management the woman was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. I am glad that I got out of there.

That sounds about right.
They keep trying to bill me for things I'm not responsible for, by the terms of my lease, and when I call to question the billings they respond that, firstly, they have "better things to do" than figure out why they're billing me, and secondly, if it wasn't part of my lease they wouldn't do it

the sad part is that unless you have a legal fund set up or tons of extra cash, you have to pay it up. it is much easier to just not move there in the first place.
