This place is a SCAM. Yes, the exteriors are lovely, the landscaping is pretty, and the pool, raquetball, tennis, and jacuzzi are great amenities. HOWEVER, do NOT judge a book by its cover! The management is THE WORST! I have never in my life dealt with such ridiculous and dishonest people. The office staff that are young and 'low on the totem pole' are generally very nice and helpful. The managemant (like the ugly fat older lady)in the officfe is a different story. They will make up accusations just to charge you! They accused us of doing stuff that was completeley ludacris! They will feed you so many lines when they are trying to get you to see the place and sign a contract/lease, but DONT FALL FOR IT! When you move out, you will be charge for all sorts of really crazy things. For instance, we were charged $130 for our blinds needing to be replaced. HOWEVER, the lease said that it would cost $80 for them to be replaced, so where did they get the other $50 charge from' MOST IMPORTANTLY, we never used them! We lived on the first floor and had lots of nice electronics that we didn't want to show to walker-by's so we never opened them! Also, expect your rent to go up about $50 per month once you renew your lease.Another problem is parking- basically its a joke. I had to park on the other side of the complex quite often bcuz tenants will have several people over and the mgmt does not enforce the rule that guests should park near the fences. Also, the inside of the apartments is very dated and the layouts are terrible. Also, manintenence is a joke. My husband smoked in the apartment OCCASIONALLY when friends came over and we were charged for the apartment to be fumagated for about $270!! It is NOT POSSIBLE that they smelled the smoke still after we had the carpet shampooed and the walls were painted, especially since only about 20 cigarettes were smoked there!

I lived there from November 2006-2007 and I completely agree with this review. Renter Beware, this person is NOT exaggerating. Yes, the office staff is nice and the maintenance guys are great, but when you move out they will get you in the end, even if you are a responsible person. I have lived in many places and never had so many bogus charges charged to me when I left a place (and I am clean). They charged me for a spot on the carpet, but when I asked where it was could not give me a location or description. Definitely be careful if you are moving out of the area because then you can not go there and dispute the charges to their face. They are especially crafty at not wanting to inspect the place with you there. They will come up with multiple reasons of why they can???t do it when you are around, thus adding to the problems with bogus charges. It is a great place (location-wise) to live and a terrible place to deal with once you???re out.
