Our A/C has been busted. The temperature will reach the temperature set on the thermostat in the early morning after running all day and most of the night. Our electric bill has been through the roof, due to the non-stop 15-20 hours of our A/C unit running!!! Everytime we call maintenance the service is prompt, BUT The maintenace personnel. NOT trained HVAC professionals will stick a thermometer in our duct, say the temp is ok and leave. While the temp in my apartment keeps climbing throughout the day. I will call again. Once again maintenace personnel will come and say "I live on the 2nd floor and the temp is supposed to climb into the high 70's, heat rises" even though the temp is set on 70. It's terribley ridiculous!! The apartment complex personnel on the front are super nice until they get your premium money for rent. After that getting them to spend money on something else like the comfort of their tenants is like pulling teeth. Please save yourself some gray hairs and don't move here!!
