This is a very nice community. I havent had as many problems as those who are writing in yet, but dont really forsee that happening. I have been living here for 5-6 months now, and I love it. Not only are all the staff friendly, but my neighbors are great. In the summer I was always invited to join when people were grilling out in the picnic areas, and neighbors loved to introduce themselves at the pool. The pool itself is gorgeous, but the grounds on the whole community are kept really nice.
Yes, the apartments themselves are a little dated and could probably use some renovations but I really feel at home here, with everyone being so friendly. For my first apartment, Im really glad I didnt rent anywhere else.
The staff is young but helpful and try to be as accomodating as possible. Maintenance is pretty average, equivalent to other apartment complexs I've heard of. They try to respond as quick as possible and usualy takes 1-3 days, unless it is an emergency, but I found this to be okay.

The young staff are the front people for the older folks who actually run the place. They sequester themselves in the back office apparently because they feel customers to be an annoyance not worth their time (their words).
The young people are generally great to deal with until you need something significant, where you'd have to deal with the ones in back.
In my case the young folks genuinely tried to figure out why I was being billed until they asked the old folks who responded, literally, with the phrase "I have better things to do than look up what you're being billed for."

How long have you been living there? And what did you end up being billed for? I have found not only the girls at the front desks to be pleasant, but the management as well.... could it be your approach to THEM?

I agree with volkris. The management does not want to waste time on their renters. They always seem so busy and yet there is usually no one else in the building being helped when I come in?? Could it be that you ARE management making this post?
