I recently moved into Chesapeake Bay Apartments, and I couldn't be more pleased.
The office staff was very accomodating and friendly. Upper management has been very friendly as well. The landscaping in the complex is very well maintained.
I love my apartment,it is always very quiet. I am very impressed so far with the community in general and is located in the best part of Newport News.

You are either deaf or blind or both... no one is accomodating at that place and it is noisy at all hours of the night. There are too many college kids living there and what they charge for rent is absurd. If you're going to pay that much, you should just live in City Center where at least things are "new" and modern. These places stink.

I think it just depends on the location of your apartment, Mine is very quiet, I have no complaints with noise what so ever. I can't complain about the rent either I think it's decently priced for the location.
If you hate it there so much, then why not move??
