This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of living!!! I can't begin to tell you how horrible it is here, even in speaking with other people in the area we encountered several who had experienced their own run ins with the rude and unprofessional staff. Every time my wife speaks to the office she ends up in tears due to the disgraceful manner in which they speak to her, the maintance requests take forever if they are ever fixed at all, the appliances are extreamly unreliable, you aren't always notified before maintance is allowed to come into your apartment, the noise is awful. We always have people driving by blowing the horns, and we can hear every conversation that goes on on the sidewalk below, as well as ever song on someone's car radio that drives by. There have been vandals right outside our window. The leasing manager and everyone in the office were very polite until we actually moved into the apartment, and within a week we regreted signing the lease. After we moved in it was like they suddenly became possesed by the ----- himself. There is no reason for anyone to ever talk to another person the way the managers of this complex speak to their tenates. It is shamful. I wouldn't reccomind this place to my worst enemy! About a year ago, while I was living there, I talked to Lerner, the company overseeing the apartments. They said that they had changed management away from the bad people, and that stuff should be better. I'm sorry to see that after a year of "new" management, it's the same old group.
