First of all... just because the grounds are kept and the exterior of the apartments are nice doesn't mean living there will be also. This place is notorious for their "move-in specials" and they ARE too good to be true. After a 1-year lease they will jack up the price by hundreds of dollars essentially leaving you homeless again.
Most of the appliances date back to 1985 and are slowly dying out... leaving you with fautly dishwashers, washing machines, & refrigerators. (needless to say this does wonders for your electric bill) 3rd floor-dwellers- check your roof. If it leaks during the next monsoon, it won't be fixed for days. Have fun cleaning your carpet after that mess... not to mention any furniture that may be damaged.
Also, most (not all) of the girls that work in the office are rude as can be. They end up making you feel bad if you have a question or concern and you'll find yourself hesitating to even call when something breaks... which it will.
I can't wait to move out of these dumps.

I COMPLETLEYY AGREE with this reveiw! I have been thinking the exact same thing from the first day my husband and I moved in. The matinence people are the only friendly people around here. Something different breaks and leaks every week ( rain or shine) and it takes sometimes up to a week to even get matinence to my apartment to get things fixed. And as mentioned, the electric bill? Yes of coarse 18th century appliances that have our electric bill from $400 in winter, and $200 in summer! For thaat much, I might as well be living in the luxury apartments across the street. These people are rip offs they trick you into beleiving you'll get one thing from the're "model" apartments...and oh dissapointment when you move in..and i've only been here 6 months and I HATE IT!
