I just moved into Clairmont 6 months ago, and it's definitely not worth the price.

1. Bugs. EVERYWHERE. I have been here through all kinds of weather, and they're always around.

2. Parking. Not enough resident/no guest parking. (One night after work, I had to walk almost halfway around the complex because there was nothing closer.) Pass needed to have a guest over; must be returned that day for verification, only 2 passes per household' Tow truck comes every night and is very strict about who is in the parking lot. (Keep an eye out for your neighbor too; residents have been towed on accident and had to pay large fine regardless) Not to mention having a third roommate- $75 fee every month to have a third car in their parking lot. What'!

3. Appliance failure. In the last 6 months of my move-in, our stove, air conditioning, water heater, dishwasher AND fire alarms have all broken down. Granted, they are fixed for no charge, it's quite an inconvenience.

4. Trash outside began showing up and was left in the yard for a few days.

5. Lawn mowing/Lawn tending. Very early hours at least once a week. Once they hit your window, you will hear it for at least 30-45 minutes. They show up at very early hours- so if you work at night, I would recommend a third floor in the back of the complex.
