Only live here if you want to be micro-managed.
I pay my rent on time and keep a clean place, but I've had numerous run-ins with management.
They called me at work one day to complain about an exercise ball I had sitting on my porch and asked me to remove it.
I hardly think that qualifies as clutter.
They also made me bring in verification of my dog's weight after I had already lived here for months.
When I moved in, she was below the 35 lbs mark, but had since grown a little.
At 37 lbs.
pounds, they told me I might have to get rid of her.
This last thing was the final straw.
My mom's car was towed in the middle of the night while here visiting.
I had forgotten to write the dates she would be staying on the parking pass.
A $120 mistake.
Not to mention the bugs and frogs.
Hundreds of them everywhere.
Like I said, I keep my place clean, but there have been lots of spiders, cockroaches, frogs, etc.
that I've found in my apartment.
Don't be fooled by how friendly those at the front office seem to be.
They're only friendly because they're out for your money.
Their attitude turns around really quickly when you complain about any treatment such as I received.
Thank goodness I'm moving out in a month.
