My husband and I lived at Clairmont for 2 years...the first apartment we ever lived in..and were sold on the walk-through of the model. We DID have a problem the first 2 months we were there with the AC not cooling that took them approximately 2 months to fix for good. The grounds were always kept nice. Parking could be atrocious at times if all the units in our building were occupied. Maintenance was prompt when problems were called to them. Our water heater was leaking into the drain pan, when maintenance was called...the whole water heater was switched out in a manner of a few hours. When we moved out of our apartment, I spent an entire day cleaning from floor to ceiling, every nook and cranny, we also had a cat...and we got every cent of our deposit back. Also, the office staff-most of them, knew my husbands and my first names. The only thing I really didn't like about living there was being able to hear neighbors above and below...when they were exceptionally inconsiderate of others and sounded like they were playing basketball above us...or the folks that just HAD to stomp up and down the stairs. Overall, Clairmont was not a bad place to live.
