Paper thin walls and ceilins, you can hear every single step your upstairs neighbor makes, as well as their tv. Staff does not respond to any complaints, written or verbal. Huge bug problem. Apts back to woods and doors on ground floor are covered with spiders as winter approaches. I recommend not living on ground floor. RUDE office staff who give you attitude when you have a guest and ask for a parking permit, WHICH WE ARE ENTITLED TO. not worth the money.
