I just visited Concord Lake a week ago. The office staff was very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and reassured me that good customer service is not a thing of the past. While I am not ready right now to move still have a few months to go and have been shopping around. This is definately the place for me. It is close to the interstate, the mall, etc.
