I lived in Concord Lakes about 8 years ago. When I read the "positive reviews", I almost doo-dooed my pants. What a bunch of B.S.!!! That place is infested with druggies and party people. I should know, I used to be one of them! (Until Jesus set me free from that lifestyle)

The walls are paper thin. You can hear, the neighbors, when they speak in a regular tone... especially in the master bedroom. I once had a neighbor say he heard my girl and I "doing it", as if we were in bed with him... NOT COOL. The floors squeak SOOOO bad, you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. There is no relief from noise...

If you like bass/loud stereos, you will hear them every day and night. If you like to feel unsafe now... just wait til you move there! If you want to live in an "upgraded ghetto" with crack-heads and pimps and 20-year old party kids... Concord Lakes will keep you up all night. You'll never get any sleep.

And as a bonus. You will have cockroach motels for roommates. They never move out because if the staff sprays for them, the trashy, couch potato next door to you will manage to house them in his ass-hat until it is safe to return in a day or two.

You will pay for cheap, and get extra cheap.

To this day, you can drive through the "hood" in the evening and "see" what I'm saying. NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN!

For everone who says the residents are NOT the problem of the menagement... you are an idiot. They are supposed to weed out the "bad" residents during the application process. That's their job. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I live here and I have never had any of those issues! Sure you can hear your neighbors moving around but that is to be expected! ITS AN APARTMENT!!! And i have come home at 2 and 3 in the morning and never had an issue. Ive never seen "crackheads or pimps". So maybe you just have a bad attitude...

well I live here and I've seen them. Drug deals right out in the open, little punk ass kids with NO PARENTS IN SIGHT, running out behind your car when you're backing up. The roaches are a nice touch- I have OCD and constantly clean so its not me. My roof is leaking everytime it rains- mait. was nice enough to give me a disgusting bucket for it to leak into.
