I have lived here for about 6 months now and I love it. I do live in an upstairs apartment so i dont have to deal with people walking above me, so i dont know how that goes. But so far everythings been great. I hardly ever hear my neighbors and its very quiet...even at night. The staff is always nice when I call, and maintenance has fixed every problem...they might have taken a couple days to do so, but everything got fixed. Overall, this is a great place. And not too expensive i might add. I would reccommend concord lake to anyone.
