We've lived here for a little over a year and since they changed management it's been ridiculous. The management are nothing short of rude and disrespectful and very keen on falsely accusing you of things you did not do!!! I've asked for several repairs in my apartment where they don't come till after the 4th or 5th time you call them and then they don't finish the job.
There was a murder less then 100 ft from my apartment and since then, a stabbing earlier this week, numerous times my neighbors' have been broken into. My car has been broken into. The cops are SLOW to respond yet if there is any kind of "noise" pass 10 p.m. on a weekend they are banging on your door. And I'm just talking about the t.v. being up "too loudly".
Parking is IMPOSSIBLE after 7 p.m. The apartments are basically falling apart and repaired poorly. You can see every hole that they've patched up. Something's always breaking or falling apart.
You can find a place tens time better, don't settle here. This place is just going to keep getting worse and the management will show you no respect or courtesy for any of your concerns or safety.
