I guess I am what hyou call a professional renter, I've only ever rented never owned. due to job reasons, anyway, against my better judgement i moved into Concord lakes apts. and I am so glad I did!!!! I came out before renting to talk to a couple of residents, I guess the fact that they were home mid day and pissing and moaning about everything should have clued me in, they said its crap out here and I very nearly didnt move in..but the other option wasnt ready. So I moved in kinda fast and the lady in the office said it might be a few days before I could have it( this would have been bad as the other apt complex wasnt ready too)she said let me talk to the maintenance super, and she called her to the office right then!! so the maintenance lady and the office lady literally had their heads together discussing where I could go, (they weren't all that quiet by the way) lol. but I am mentioning this because most places would send u away and either call with an apt half ready if u want it or tell you it will be another week, these girls got me keys that night!! the crew had to do all the work for my apt in one day and i have to say, i was impressed at the willingness to try to help me in my situation, the apt had a few dents and dings, the cabinets are ugly but they say they are all being replaced right dammit now!!! ( my word not theirs) the apartment is very clean, smells good has fresh paint and very shiney floors, yes i am aware this is really long, but i still can't get over the little movie in my head where one minute they are talking and the next the maintenance lady smiled at the office lady when she decided on the one they could get for me, and said Thats what i'm here for. my a/c did leak during my 2nd week there but they had chuck fix it asap, and i know that since its always wet in there a/c's do stop up, some more than others, ive lived through a few floods over the years, but i know how to mop and that makes all the difference. The fact that you put parking at almost full kind of leads me to believe that this is just a load of BS. Even when I lived there about 4 years ago, parking was crap and still is crap.

As a profesional renter I'm sure you understand that they will do whatever they can to keep their occupancy up. It's their job, and concord lake can't afford to lose a tenant. Their turn over is high enough as it is.

Oh my God. You must work for the management, this fake ass review. Everything you just said is a lie. Looks to me like management is trying to save face
