When my boyfriend and I moved in a year ago it just seemed too good to be true. we looked at a lot of awful apartments. well we went with a upstairs one bedroom apartment. well the day of moving in we went to sign the papers and whatnot they tried to move us into a downstairs apt for a totally differnt price then what was promised to us, good thing that my boyfriend doesn't take any crap so we got the apt we wanted. After a few months our roof leaked while we were on christmas vacation. it ruined our new sheets! they gave us the money for new sheets but they only fixed the outside of the roof! i've put in countless work orders for them to fix the ceiling but they have never came! then our friend came to visit us from florida for a few days and our a/c stopped working in the middle of august! i called down to the office to see when someone was coming to fix it and they said they will put in a work order. well i called again and said i have to go to work could you please have chuck just turn on the a/c before he leaves that way it will be cooled off by the time i get home, she said oh yeah sure thing. i get home at 4:30pm and i call her and asked if any one came out she said they should have and hung up on me. i called back and she was like yeah they know about it someone should come sometime today. when chuck came to fix it he asked why i waited til now to put the order in... i was like no no no i called at 9am! the office never gave him the work order! well they worst of it all... its almost time to renue my lease but my oven is broken, my ceiling still isn't fixed, and now i've noticed roaches under my kitchen sink where the sink as been leaking and rotting away. (which nothing has been done about it) We have been waiting the past week for someone to spray and roach proof the apartment! the office is rude and just doesn't care about anyone but them selfs! I'm so glad to be the heck out of concord lakes! The only good thing about the place is the actual apartment is nicely set up. The kitchen is small but their is a decent amount of storage. the bed room and living room are huge! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I also think that the office staff is extremely rude. The fact that the pool was barely opened all summer long really pissed me off. Thats one of the reasons why I moved to Concord Lakes.

well in my opinion you cant be mad at the maintenance or the office woman because of roof leaks, the bugs or the pool situation....i have been living out here for nearly two years, yes the roof leaks but they cant make it stop raining,...maybe if you where so worried you would go out there and do what they do all day and deal with you alls rude responses to how they TRY to help...god bless you all...the roaches they can get them rep. sprayed but if you live dirty they're gonna come back...they're not maids...last but not least the pool which is great atlantic not the ppl at concord lakes to keep a life guard maybe you should think before typing so much smut

funny how people who are pigs and generate their own bugs say any good note is a worker, also even if u live in a cardboard box a cup of water wont make it down stairs in the fashion u mention, ive always found a place to park but i dont insist on parking on my front stoop either, yeah i have parked in the next court before who cares, ppl now are lazy and expect others to wipe their butt, and dont act like adults and take resonable care of their own homes!

Excuse me about being pigs I am not a pig my apartment is very clean and we've had a few stray water bugs.....it might be because your dirty when there arent' 300 other apartments around you to blame but when you live in an apt. if someone near you has bugs so are you! Everyone needs to get over the whole "dirty" thing.

Well as a prospective tenant, after reading these comments if can truly say I would never move to concord Lake or advise anyone I know to move there. Yes I was excited when I saw the beautiful model I could not wait to sign the lease especially with all the fee's waived (I was curious why they were waiving everything) Im so glad God directed me to this site before I made the biggest mistake of my life...
