The best I can say is that you get good square footage for your dollar, but the management is irresponsive(includes their corporate manager too), rude, and possiby skirts landlord-tenant laws. They are constantly changing their office staff, making it impossible to resolve any issues. Every month I get a note saying I have a balance due and have the same conversation with a different person all because NO ONE adjusts what my base rent is in their accounting software! My lease is up in August (been here for two years) and I am purposely not renting anywhere managed by this rental company.
