I've been living here for a year and I cannot wait until my lease ends. I live on the first floor and I feel like I have elephants living above me, they stomp around, I can hear them having sex, they listen to their music rudiculously loud and it's not just the people above me but beside me too, you can hear everything that goes on. Maintenance is non existant, I've had so many problems with my apartment, for example my shower head stopped working and I called everyday for two weeks and no one ever came out, I had to take baths and use a cup until eventually I was so fed up I had someone else come out to fix it. I don't have a problem with bugs inside my apartment like others do but right outside I've seen black widow spiders, they spray but the spiders always come back. Parking is ok during the day but if you come home after work or late on the weekends you'll have to park in the street. There's always groups of kids or teens walking around that look like their up to no good, my husband's IPOD was stolen from his car, a woman in our court had her apartment broken into and her TV stolen. I just don't recommend living here, there's always something broken and management and maintenance don't care, if you can get maintenance out to take care of your problem they'll do it half-ass. It's funny that when they advertise this place they say you can take walks over to the beautiful lake, that lake is full of trash, there's even a bike in there, and you can't walk over there without stepping in dog crap.
