Don't move here. End of story. Mait. is a JOKE. My roof is leaking, turns out after talking to mait. that they KNEW it was leaking moved us in anyway. Spoken with other residents- all which have roofs leaking and/or holes in ceiling. Apparently thats just as common as the bugs. Phone line doesnt work in bedroom, both toilets constantly run because the seals are bad, I can keep going but I'll save you all the effort. Don't move here. End of story. This does NOT look like the model- way smaller. Promised new fridge, kitchen counters and cabinets, dishwasher when I looked originally. LIE. I should have known when I had to fill out the application for the 3rd time because "Oops, we can't find it".... they lost it. Should have known. Stuck in this lease for another year- then I'm out of here.
