Decent and what I expected

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The staff was very helpful. Maintenance was responsive to our needs when we showed we wre willing to work together to solve problems. The staff was excellant. The apartment was newly painted prior to move in and re-carpeted.

The only draw back was the airport. Other than that the location was excellant for shopping, and recreation. The 15 minute drive to work was only marred by the extreme slowness of DMV contractors.
