ok this is all i have to say for those of you who are gonna read all these reviews and wonder if you should live here then notcie that their complaints are just minimal complaints that happen everyday.this management isnt here to babysit everyone and be maids to everyone.basically maintenece is great they have come to fix a broken knob in my apartment and think about it at least you dont have to go out buy the equipment and do it urself.the neighbors are very quiet you hardly ever hear the planes from the airport.the scenery is beautiful.i read some of the reviews and the biggest complaint worth being mad about is the person who's clothe got ruined from a leak but seriously much worse happens to people and i think alot of these complainers are just snobby and excpect much much more than what they are paying for i love my apartment and my vaulted cielings and skyline window aND huge kitchen.i think it is worth every penny.so i say live here and prepare to be very satisfied!

i agree management is not here to baby sit us. we are adults. will our mortgage company baby sit us when we buy our homes...i think not. let's all be happy that we do not live in new orleans and have nothing
