nice management but sucky apartments

Ok the management is great!! The apartments on the other hand are not!! The layout is completely dumb. The master bedrooms (Featherstone South) are located next to the breezeway, so you hear EVERYTHING. The breezeway is made of wood so all you hear in the morning is clonk, clonk, clonk as people are leaving for work. And the light for the breezeway is located near the bedroom window so even though the sun has gone down, you have your own personal sun literally right outside of your window. The walls are paper thin, so again you hear EVERYTHING!!! There's no phone jack in the kitchen. And the cabinetry is like from the '80s and the floors in the kitchen are from the '70s. The carpet is beyond used and is in great need to be replaced.
