I've lived at Forest Lake for awhile now and I don't have any problems w/ the staff or the property. All I hear at the bustop is complaints sometimes but I guess they dont have anything better to be doing. I dont know why you would complain about a late fee if you paid your rent on time there wouldnt be one. I've even seen parents fighting at the bustop - crazy. Anyway, I would recommend Forest Lake to anyone, you might just want to drive your kid to school though.
