I don't know if people actually rely on this information but I lived here for almost 2 yrs and I never really had any problems. It's quiet, and the people who live here are all pretty nice (the ones I've met). I've never had any problems getting anything fixed either. Stuff is usually done by the next day. It would be nice though if instead of assigning only one parking space, we could get two since we have 2 cars.
