I read some of the comments from other people and I find it hard to believe. Maint. always responds same day and if not they come the next. Yes the office people are always nice and helpful to include the Manager - obviously everyone's direction and training comes from her. We wouldn't have rented here if she tolerated employees not treating people w/ respect and kindness or doing their job! This was the only place that didn't treat us like we were bothering them when we walked thru the door!

Anyway, as far as the apartments go we have the remodeled one too that cost us more than $75 per month so someone must have got a break on their rent! We pay more because it's worth more and the brand new apartment complexes cost waaaaaay more than that. As far as painting the apartments and doors go, have you not noticed that the buildings ARE BEING PAINTED and they happen to look good! This is a very nice place to live and we'll stay here until my husband gets orders to leave!
