Eh...

I will not be renewing the lease, that's for sure. For the money we pay for rent ($882/month) for a two bedroom/two bathroom you would think it would be in a little better condition.

The carpet is horrible and should have been replaced before we moved in, it's disgusting.

We live in an upgraded apartment, the kitchen has brand new appliances which is nice and we have a fullsize washer and dryer (all the apartments do). The first week that we lived here, the kitchen sink flooded from one of the seals bursting. Then about three weeks ago, the girl next to us had her Washing machine flood, which also flooded our dining room. Then a few days later the same girls bedroom flooded, which was blammed on our water heater. It also flooded our second bathroom. It took the maitenance people an entire day to fix that problem and then they had to come back the next day.

The bathrooms are disgusting, the tiles are cracked, filled with mildew and mold, along with the space around the apartment windows. It's disgusting.

Oh and did I mention the Cockroach problem' Yeah, big Cockroach problem, I have never been more disgusted in my life. When we first moved in, it was just little tiny ones in the kitchen. They sent the Exterminator to our apartment and he put some stuff in the kitchen to keep them away. Since then I've only seen one or two little tiny ones in the kitchen. There's also been a few in my sons closet. Then today, I go to brush my teeth and I turn on the light and immediately I see a HUGE ------- COCKROACH on my sink! I tried to kill it but it got away. And I'm not exaggerating when I say it was huge, it was atleast an inch or more long and thick. I want to vomit. So now, I need to go out and buy putty to putty any holes. While I'm at it I may as well fix the tiles in the bathtub too, since maitenance probably will never get around to it.

Parking is a joke.

The patio roof is caving in from the people above us and noones fixed this yet.

Actually I think one of the other people that wrote a review lived in this apartment as well, since all the problems sound the same, especially the problem with the caving in patio roof.
