It's true that parking is awful, the gate is often broke, the two swimming pools are a scam as only one works (but it's often closed), only one trash can, which is far away, and no recycling service. But the apartment in itself is not bad. Mine was renovated before I moved in. Certainly not the most high quality stuff, but at least new. I live upstairs, and the vaulted ceiling looks nice. Not much natural light though. The AC/heating unit is very noisy, I have to turn it off i want to sleep. Cold winter nights were tough. Maintenance guys are useless, but they have always come up right away. Getting an answer from the girls in the main office could be tough if you call or email: just walk in, you'll get what you want. Moving is tiring and expensive, and after all, I found my apt. pleasant enough to decide to stay one more year (actually everybody who saw my apt. said it was nice). Probably not the best deal but not so bad as some of the reviews portraited it.
