My Fiancee and I moved here in October. Holly and Kim were both very friendly and Nice, everytime I need maint they are always here in a short amounts notice, the apartment is great, all of our neighbors are friendly, and I would highly recommend this apartment community. Location is FANTASTIC!...and how could you not feel safe here with over 10 police officers living here' I do hate it when people rant and rave about things that it is out of the apartment office hands, get a life or go to anger management.If ya have to pay for something obviously it was ur doing or you wouldn't have to pay for the repairs when ya move out. No where you go is going to be perfect so get used to it, overall it is a nice place.

Do not recommend this review, nor living at forest lake. Forest Lake is a big joke! Don't be fooled by the impression of the office..Nor this review!
