I have only been here fo 7 months and hate it.The gate is broke almost every week,very very noisy.your guest will end up parking halfway around the community because there is not enough guest parking.my bathroom still has mold around the tub,AND THE BUGS ARE OUT OF CONTROL.even when they get someone to spay i still see bugs big ones.i can not wait until my lease is up.READY TO MOVE ASAP OH AND YOU PAY YOUR WATER BILL.AT THESE PRICES YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD PAY THAT.

They changed to the you-pay-your-water while I was there apparently the terms of the lease allowed that. I was surprised. This argues they were planning the move all along. You should check carefully against what your meter reads. When I caught on to what was happening my payments were almost a year ahead of my usage. Apparently the water billing company had been estimating my usage for some reason and were way off. A simple back of the envelope calculation I ran up in 10 minutes came out close to my actual usage. I had to threaten the water billing folks with the Commonwealth Attorney to get any satisfaction. When I left, the complex owed me money on my bill. Other than that my stay was moderately pleasant for the two years I was there.
