Do not ever liver here. We moved in about a year and a half ago because our first impression was a really good one. However, when we moved in, we had problems after problems and nothing was ever done about them. When we first moved in, they supposedly had just remodeled our apartment, but they left cracks in the tiles in the bathrooms, holes in the ceilings were they didn't install the lights correctly, and a whole list of things. We even had a leaking roof which destroyed a lot of our wedding pictures and we reported this and supposedly they fixed it, but there is still a huge crack in the roof and everytime it rains it leaks. Their maintance and office staff are so rude. We called one day because our a/c was out and it was 100 degress in our apartment and supposedly they were coming to fix it. It took them 3 days and we ended up spending the night in a hotel room because in the middle of the summer, this type of heat is unbearable. We finally had a enough and sent a letter to their corporate office, and then only response we got was from the office staff because they were pissed that we even sent a letter instead of working it out with them. My reponse was: "We tried working it out with you all and you did nothing about it so that is what promted the letter. Maybe if you cared for your residents and responded to their requesdt in a timely manner, maybe we could have talked." They also claim they had no idea the contractors where coming to fix the parking lot which left huge pot holes and even destryed my husband's brand new car's under carriage.

My advice...find somewhere else to live that is nicer and less expensive. Our rent was almost double of what most people were paying for a mortgage payment.
