I've been a resident for 10 months at Forest Lake and its not so bad, however there were a few problems. The day I moved in I had to take an ice cold shower, but the problem was fixed the next day. The AC worked perfectly during the summer, but when the winter hit, my heat has went out a total of 3 times already! Everytime I call the quickly come and fix it, but I shouldn't have to call them every month to fix the heat. Other than that everything else is fine. The staff has never given me problems, hopefully it stays that way.
