My family and I moved here about 8 months ago and since the very beginning, we have had nothing but problems! The maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. I still do not have hot water in one of my bathrooms because the solution to a drippy faucet was to shut off all hot water... that was 2 months ago. The walls were dirty, obviously not repainted from the last tenant. We put in 21 work orders since moving in because there was so many things broken and only about half have been taken care of. The "gate access" is always broken from people running it down without cards, or rain making the mechanism fail to work. Recently, the apartment office decided to force us to use a no name internet/cable company rather than the ones we were already in contract with. The internet is horrible and slow, the cable is dish, and it is all more expensive. We have no choice but to use this company now though.
I have lived in apartments for the last 8 years and I understand that you will never find a place that will always please you, but this place has dropped the ball so many times, I can't wait to move out!

I know exactly how you feel, thank God we're gone. I wish more people would take our comments seriously. The comments are here to help! They are in contracts with companies we have never heard of, why?, because they are making money off of what we are giving. I'm surprised you haven't had an issue with the water company they use. As far as the maintenance of the apartments, they cover up all the mildew, mold, water damage, everything. So eventually when you see it, know that it was not your fault, but it was already there--just covered up, with paint!

I MOVE OUT IN 2 MONTHS THANK GOD BUT I HATE THIS PLACE TOO!!! LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS THEY ARE HERE FOR A REASON, AND U CAN TELL THE ONES WRITTEN BY THE OFFICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE GOOD STUFF TO SAY. NOWHERE TO PARK UR CAR IF U HAVE MORE THAN 1. THE APTS ARE FALLIN APART. ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH MY HEAT AND REFRIGERATOR. U WILL BE MISERABLE HERE AND ESPECIALLY WITH THIS ****** MOSAIC BROADBAND, THEY MUST HAVE THROWN A LOT OF MONEY AT THE CORPORATE TO FORCE THE TENANTS TO USE THEM. THE LAKES ARE NASTY!! I ALWAYS SEE PPL MOVIN OUT NO ONE WANTS 2 STAY HERE!

I've worked in property management for the last five years and you guys should know that if you're in a lease management can not make you switch your cable service now they can enforce it when you renew your lease but they can't change the terms of your lease unless you agree to it. Please make sure to be informed as renters the Landlord Tenant Act is there for you guys you can do a google search to find it PLEASE READ IT and I hope that this post is helpful to you.
