Ok.. for one, I just read a review that claimed that the staff was writing the reviews to boost thier score, and I must say.. I AM NOT STAFF!!!! I truely like it here! Trust me, This place may not seem like the best, but when compaired to other places it's a pretty nice place to live!!! I currently live here, and in the past have had some complaints. My husband and I are about to move and in our search for a new apartment I realized how great I have it here! I have lived here for two years, and yes, it takes awhile to have things fixed around here, but I have never had any major problems. They have recently replaced thier staff, and the last three times I have called to get something fixed, they have come THAT DAY to fix whatever it was that was broken! Crime and bugs have not been an issue in this area! I'm a stay at home mom and have never really felt unsafe! I take my child for a walk everyday and feel safe doing so! I only have a few complaints 1) it takes a long time for people to respond to a work order! I have had them take just a couple hours, to almost six weeks!(but like i said, the staff has been replaced!) 2)There are a million coats of paint of badly patched walls! My apartment is pretty bad.. looks like there was an abusive family that lived here at one time! I've been in other friends apartments who don't have a problem with that! I guess it just depends on the luck of the draw. 3)Parking is limited due to the design of the complex, but I rarely have a problem finding a space! So, all in all I would recommend Heatherwood! It's safe and clean:)
